Processing times may take 3-5 business days and shipping times may take 2-7 business days.
STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES
In the case of delay, lost or stolen packages, please fill out a claim at USPS.com so USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed, please send us the claim information and we will wait on the results before proceeding forward. BeyondBrows are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or change any order. Our system prints out labels according to what customers place on their shipping information. Please contact USPS to reroute your package in case of any error.
REFUSED OR RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES
In the case of refused or return packages, all orders will be refunded issued a gift card. No refunds will be made on refused or return to sender packages.
